We want you to love your Pretty Lavish pieces, but if you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 28 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition with tags attached to be eligible for a full refund.

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all original tags and labels are still attached to the garments.

  Generate Your Label

  Choose your preferred courier method through the portal to generate a digital QR code or a printable shipping label.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to your nearest drop-off point and keep your proof of postage until your refund has been processed by our team.
